Terms of service
Effective October 3, 2026
Nuggo (nuggo.co) is a prospecting tool: you keep your contacts and companies in it, move them through workflows, and send them emails and texts. These terms are the agreement between you and Nuggo for using it. By creating an account or using Nuggo, you agree to them. If you use Nuggo for a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and connected accounts secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account, including actions taken by AI assistants you connect to it.
- Tell us right away at privacy@nuggo.co if you think someone else has access to your account.
Your outreach
You decide who to contact and what to send, and the emails and texts go out under your name. You’re responsible for them, and for following the laws that apply to them, such as anti-spam, telemarketing and data protection laws. In particular, you agree to:
- Contact only people you have a lawful basis to contact, and get any consent the law requires before you text someone.
- Identify yourself honestly and not mislead people about who a message is from or what it’s about.
- Respect opt-outs. Each email Nuggo sends includes an unsubscribe link and texts accept STOP; don’t remove those, work around them, or contact someone again on a channel they’ve opted out of.
- Follow the rules of the services Nuggo sends through, including Google’s and Microsoft’s for your mailbox and Twilio’s and the carriers’ for texts.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Nuggo to:
- Send spam, or anything unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, threatening or deceptive.
- Upload or send content you don’t have the right to use, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Send malware, phishing, or links meant to harm the people you contact.
- Try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, probe or break Nuggo’s security, or disrupt or overload the service.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer Nuggo, or use it to build a competing product.
Connected services and AI drafting
When you connect Gmail or Outlook, you authorize Nuggo to send the emails you approve from that mailbox. When you add an Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI API key, Nuggo uses it to write drafts for your workflow stages; that use is billed to you by the provider and governed by your agreement with them.
AI drafts can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review each draft before you send it. If you set a stage to send automatically, its drafts go out without review, and you’re responsible for them as if you’d sent them yourself.
Your content
The contacts, companies, notes, tasks, lists, workflows and messages you put in Nuggo stay yours. You give Nuggo permission to store, process and send them only as needed to run the service for you. How we handle your information is described in the Privacy policy.
The service
We work to keep Nuggo available and your data safe, but we may change, add or remove features, and Nuggo may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Messages depend on your mailbox provider, Twilio and the recipients’ providers, so we can’t guarantee that any message is delivered.
Ending your use
You can stop using Nuggo at any time; to delete your account and its data, write to us at privacy@nuggo.co. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk, and where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
Disclaimers
Nuggo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise that Nuggo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result from your outreach.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nuggo isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Nuggo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Indemnity
You’ll defend and hold Nuggo harmless from claims by others that arise from the messages you send with Nuggo, the content you put in it, or your breach of these terms or the law.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above, and tell you in Nuggo or by email before a significant change takes effect. Using Nuggo after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
